Michael Ostermann

Between 1985 and 1988, training as a construction mechanic specializing in steel and shipbuilding at Siemens AG in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany.

From 1989 to 1994, mechanical engineering studies in Düsseldorf, Germany, specializing in production technology, graduating as Diplom-Ingenieur.

Over 25 years of experience in the automotive supply industry in Europe, Asia, and North and South America, 20 of them in leading positions.

1994 - 2008 Frauenthal Holding AG & its subsidiaries in various functions

2005 - 2008 Member of the Executive Board of Frauenthal Holding AG in Vienna, responsible for the Automotive Division.

2009 - 2018 Executive Vice President and President EMEA for EXIDE TECHNOLOGIES, a leading American battery manufacturer. Responsible for all European activities, the division in EMEA achieved sales of app. € 1.6 billion in 2018 and employed 5,500 people.

2015 - 2018 Additionally responsible for all activities of EXIDE in APAC (Asia & Pacific Region). The division in APAC achieved sales of app. € 200 million in 2018 and employed 500 people.

2019 - 2020 COO for iSi Automotive Holding in Vienna, an Austrian manufacturer of airbag systems with locations in Austria, Germany, Hungary, Thailand, China and Mexico.

Since 2005 active in various relevant industry associatons

2011 and 2019 Member of the board of ZVEI (German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers`Association), one of the most important industry associations in Germany.

2021 appointed to the Executive Board of Frauenthal Holding AG, responsible for the Frauenthal Automotive Division and Investor Relations for the Frauenthal Group.

Christina Neumayer has been Managing Director of Frauenthal Automotive GmbH since May 2020 and is responsible for the Automotive Division's financial area.

Jörgen Oldenstedt

Born in 1966, studied General Management and Financial at Stockholm School of Economics. Lastly acting as Member of Board of Ljunghäll Group as well as General Manager of Gnutti Carlo Sweden AB. Longstanding experience in the automotive industry. He started his career with Frauenthal in July 2017 and is CEO of the Gnotec Group since then.

Marc Schneider

Between 1998 and 2001: Training as a bank clerk at the Kreissparkasse Köln.

From 2002 to 2006: studied business administration at the University of Siegen. Subsequently, until 2010, studies in economics  at the University of Hagen.

Since 2006, experience in various responsibilities in commercial areas with a focus on finance and controlling.

2015 to 2017: MBA at the Rhine-Ahr Campus.

Joined the company in 2009 as plant controller at the Plettenberg plant, then held various functions and since 2021 has been appointed to the Powertrain management.

Mustafa Oualkadi

Mustafa Oualkadi takes over as Chairman of the Management Board of Frauenthal Powertrain on 1 March 2022.

Over the past 22 years, Mustafa Oualkadi has gained extensive management experience in Germany and abroad. He began his professional career at the globally operating automotive supplier Edscha based in Remscheid. As a graduated engineer in mechatronics, Mr. Oualkadi has a solid foundation of knowledge and has quickly assumed responsibility in the areas of development, industrial engineering, project management, quality, sales and business development.

In addition to his role as Program Management Officer, Mustafa Oualkadi can look back on five years of international responsibility as Managing Director of the Edscha locations in the USA and Mexico.
