Erika Hochrieser
Earned her Master’s Degree in International Business at the University of Vienna. She studied then at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Before Erika Hochrieser was appointed as board member, she had been officer with statutory authority of the Frauenthal Holding AG and responsible for the areas Finance, Controlling and Investor Relations.
2020 joined the Executive Board of Frauenthal Service AG in addition to role of CFO at the Holding, responsible for finance, human resources and legal affairs in the Trading division.

Hannes Winkler is responsible at holding company level for the Frauenthal Trading Division (until December 31, 2022) and for legal affairs, internal audit, human resources and business development.
Following the departure of Michael Ostermann on November 18, 2022, Hannes Winkler also assumed interim responsibility for the Frauenthal Automotive Division.
Since January 1, 2023, Thomas Stadlhofer has been responsible for the Frauenthal Trading Division, and Hannes Winkler for the Frauenthal Automotive Division, as well as for Legal, Internal Audit, Human Resources and Business Development.
On 20 December 2023, the Supervisory Board and Dr Hannes Winkler agreed to extend Dr Hannes Winkler's term of office on the Executive Board of Frauenthal Holding AG, which expires on 31 December 2023, until 31 December 2026.
Hannes Winkler is responsible for the Automotive Division, Legal, Internal Audit and Human Resources.
Board
Claudia Beermann
Born in 1966, she studied economics at the University in Münster. From 1994 to 2004 she works in Linnemann-Schnetzer Group – at first in the controlling team (until 1999) then as Managing Director (from Jan. 2000). After the acquisition of the Linnemann-Schnetzer GmbH by Frauenthal Group in 2004, Mrs. Beermann has been appointed member of the Executive Board of Frauenthal Holding AG (until Oct. 2007). From 2008 to 2019 she was responsible for the CFO-Position of FMTG - Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group AG, before she undertook the CFO role at iSi Automotive Holding GmbH (in Mai 2019).
Claudia Beermann was elected in the 30th Annual General Meeting of Frauenthal Holding AG, on 19 June 2019 to the Supervisory Board of Frauenthal Holding AG as a member.
Ms. Beermann was elected by the Supervisory Board as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board with effect from June 11, 2021.
Andreas Staribacher
Born 1957, studied law at the University of Vienna. MBA, certified public accountant, tax consultant, CPA (MA). 8.4.1995 to 4.1.1996 Federal Minister of Finance.
Managing partner of PKF CENTURION Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft mbH. Specialized in: national and international individual and consolidated financial statements, audit manager of banks and insurance companies, court-certified expert, aviation consulting.
Dr. Staribacher was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board of Frauenthal Holding AG at the 29th Annual General Meeting of Frauenthal Holding AG, on 5.6.2018 and with effect from June 11, 2021 Mr. Staribacher was elected by the Supervisory Board as Deputy Chairman.
Christian Tassul
Born 1956, studied law at the University of Vienna. Doctorate in law. Since March 1984 partner in the law firm Frieders, Tassul & Partner and since April 1996 managing senior partner specializing in commercial law, corporate law, real estate law, tenancy law and labor law.
Dr. Christian Tassul was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board of Frauenthal Holding AG at the 32nd Annual General Meeting of Frauenthal Holding AG, on 11 June 2021.
Johannes Strohmayer
Johannes Strohmayer was born in 1950. He studied Economics and Journalism at the University of Vienna from 1970–1975, attending Stanford University in 1974 (dissertation), and undertook postgraduate studies at the Institut des Sciences Politiques at the Sorbonne in 1976. In 1977 he joined the Austrian Federal Chamber of Economics. From 1981–1983 he worked as an accountant and expert witness in Vienna. From 1983–1998 Mr Strohmayer chaired the tax reform commission at the Ministry of Finance. From 1990–2002 he lectured at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Political Economy Department. From 1993–1996 he was a managing partner at Hübner & Hübner tax accountants. In 1993 he served on the international committee of the Austrian Chamber of Accountants and Tax Consultants. Since 1999 he has been the managing director of Euro Capital Partners. In addition to the above, Mr Strohmayer has been/is a member of the supervisory boards of: Creditanstalt-Bankverein (1984–1999); Österreichische Bundesbahnen (Austrian Federal Railways) (2005–2007); Österreichische Staatsdruckerei GmbH (2000–); and MIFIM Beteiligungs AG (2008–). He has belonged to the university council of the Medical University of Vienna since 2003. He joined the Frauenthal Holding AG Supervisory Board in 2010.
