Born in 1959, he studied economics at the University in Innsbruck. From 1984 to 1988 responsible for financial accounting and then for Order Management and Logistics department at Tyrolit Schleifmittelwerke Swarovski KG. In 1988 he integrated the F.M. Zumtobel-Gruppe and develop to Chief Executive Officer of the company. Since 2003 managing partner of the Schallert Management GmbH. Johann Schallert was member of the Supervisory Board of Frauenthal Holding AG from 2006 until 2009. Johann Schallert was in the 26 Annual General Meeting of Frauenthal Holding AG, on 20 May 2015, elected to the Supervisory Board of Frauenthal Holding AG as a member.
His replacement is Johann Schallert, who will take over as Supervisory Board Chairman on 1 January 2018 as Hannes Winkler was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board for a three-year term beginning on 1 January 2018 and will step down as Chairman of the Supervisory Board with effect from 31 December 2017.
Born in 1957, Dietmar Kubis studied law at the University of Hamburg from 1976–1981, after which he passed his first state examination in law and undertook his legal traineeship in Hamburg. In 1988 he took his second state law examination and completed his doctoral studies in law at the University of Hamburg. After some years as a research assistant and lecturer at the department for trade, shipping and business law (Prof. Karsten Schmidt) and the department for business law at the Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein (Schleswig-Holstein Business Academy) in Kiel he worked in the legal department at Daimler-Benz AG headquarters in Stuttgart from 1988–1994. In 1994 Mr Kubis moved to the legal department of Jenoptik GmbH, where he was a member of the management board from 1996–2002, with responsibility for legal issues and investments. From 1998–2005 he was spokesman of the management board of Deutsche Effecten- und Wechsel-Beteiligungsgesellschaft AG (DEWB AG) in Jena. Since 2005 Mr Kubis has been a partner of the ACADA Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH legal practice in Jena. In addition, he holds or has held the following positions: a member of the supervisory board of Nexus AG, Villingen-Schwenningen (a listed company) from 2004–2009; a member of the investments committee of High Tech Beteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG, Düsseldorf since 2001, and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Frauenthal Holding AG, Vienna since 1999. From 1.1. 2015 to 24.9.2015 he temporary initates the Supervisory Board of Frauenthal Holding AG. On 24.9.2015 he has been elected to Chairman of the Supervisory Board, on 27.6.2016 to Deputy Chairman.
Born in 1966, she studied economics at the University in Münster. From 1994 to 2004 she works in Linnemann-Schnetzer Group tätig – at first in the controlling team (until 1999) then as Managing Director (from Jan. 2000). After the acquisition of the Linnemann-Schnetzer GmbH by Frauenthal Group in 2004, Mrs. Beermann has been appointed member of the Executive Board of Frauenthal Holding AG (until Oct. 2007). From 2008 to 2019 she was responsible for the CFO-Position of FMTG - Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group AG, before she undertook the CFO role at iSi Automotive Holding GmbH (in Mai 2019).
Claudia Beermann was elected in the 30th Annual General Meeting of Frauenthal Holding AG, on 19 June 2019 to the Supervisory Board of Frauenthal Holding AG as a member.

Dr. Staribacher was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board of Frauenthal Holding AG at the 29th Annual General Meeting of Frauenthal Holding AG, on 5.6.2018.
Johannes Strohmayer was born in 1950. He studied Economics and Journalism at the University of Vienna from 1970–1975, attending Stanford University in 1974 (dissertation), and undertook postgraduate studies at the Institut des Sciences Politiques at the Sorbonne in 1976. In 1977 he joined the Austrian Federal Chamber of Economics. From 1981–1983 he worked as an accountant and expert witness in Vienna. From 1983–1998 Mr Strohmayer chaired the tax reform commission at the Ministry of Finance. From 1990–2002 he lectured at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Political Economy Department. From 1993–1996 he was a managing partner at Hübner & Hübner tax accountants. In 1993 he served on the international committee of the Austrian Chamber of Accountants and Tax Consultants. Since 1999 he has been the managing director of Euro Capital Partners. In addition to the above, Mr Strohmayer has been/is a member of the supervisory boards of: Creditanstalt-Bankverein (1984–1999); Österreichische Bundesbahnen (Austrian Federal Railways) (2005–2007); Österreichische Staatsdruckerei GmbH (2000–); and MIFIM Beteiligungs AG (2008–). He has belonged to the university council of the Medical University of Vienna since 2003. He joined the Frauenthal Holding AG Supervisory Board in 2010.
