Frauenthal Handel Group AG is one of the two divisions of the publicly traded Frauenthal Group and, with around 1,500 employees, is the Austrian market leader in wholesale for sanitary, heating, and installation technology. Erika Hochrieser is taking over as CEO and, as before, will remain CFO with responsibility for finance, central infrastructure, IT services & processes, HR, and legal affairs. Robert Just will continue to be responsible for logistics, purchasing, marketing, Kontinentale, and ELEKTROMATERIAL.AT as COO. Erika Hochrieser has been a member of the Executive Board of the Frauenthal Group since 2018 and is responsible for finance and the Frauenthal Handel division.

On September 23, 2025, Florian Bouchal will be appointed as a new member of the Executive Board of Frauenthal Handel Gruppe AG and will take over as CSO with responsibility for building services. Florian Bouchal has been with the Frauenthal Handel Group since fall 2024 and most recently held the position of Strategic Sales Manager. He has a degree in business administration and many years of sales experience in the technical B2B environment. Before joining the Frauenthal Group, he worked for Hilti and most recently as managing director of Wolf Klima- und Heiztechnik GmbH.

With this realignment, Frauenthal Handel is responding to the highly competitive market environment and, with the new Building Services division and its clear focus on customer groups, is able to respond optimally to their different requirements.
