Born in 1966, studied General Management and Financial at Stockholm School of Economics. Lastly acting as Member of Board of Ljunghäll Group as well as General Manager of Gnutti Carlo Sweden AB. Longstanding experience in the automotive industry. He started his career with Frauenthal in July 2017 and is CEO of the Gnotec Group since then.

Between 1998 and 2001: Training as a bank clerk at the Kreissparkasse Köln.

From 2002 to 2006: studied business administration at the University of Siegen. Subsequently, until 2010, studies in economics  at the University of Hagen.

Since 2006, experience in various responsibilities in commercial areas with a focus on finance and controlling.

2015 to 2017: MBA at the Rhine-Ahr Campus.

Joined the company in 2009 as plant controller at the Plettenberg plant, then held various functions and since 2021 has been appointed to the Powertrain management.

Mustafa Oualkadi takes over as Chairman of the Management Board of Frauenthal Powertrain on 1 March 2022.

Over the past 22 years, Mustafa Oualkadi has gained extensive management experience in Germany and abroad. He began his professional career at the globally operating automotive supplier Edscha based in Remscheid. As a graduated engineer in mechatronics, Mr. Oualkadi has a solid foundation of knowledge and has quickly assumed responsibility in the areas of development, industrial engineering, project management, quality, sales and business development.

In addition to his role as Program Management Officer, Mustafa Oualkadi can look back on five years of international responsibility as Managing Director of the Edscha locations in the USA and Mexico.
