Erika Hochriser absolved International Business at the University of Vienna. She then studied at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and graduated with a degree in Social Pedagogy. Since June 2004, Erika Hochrieser has been entrusted with various functions in the Frauenthal Group: From 2008-2017 she was Managing Director of the Group’s Finance Company Frauenthal Ost Beteiligungs GmbH. From 2014-2018 she was officer with statutory authority of the highest company of Automotive, Frauenthal Automotive Holding GmbH. Since 2015, she has not only been officer with statutory authority of the Frauenthal Beteiligungsverwaltungs AG but also Managing Director of the highest parent company, the division Trade Frauenthal Haustechnik Beteiligungs GmbH and Managing Director of the real estate company Frauenthal Immobilien GmbH. Since 2016, Erika Hochrieser is also Managing Director of Automotive Cash Poolinggesellschaft Frauenthal Automotive Finance GmbH. Before Erika Hochrieser was appointed as board member, she had been officer with statutory authority of the Frauenthal Holding AG and responsible for the areas Finance, Controlling and Investor Relations. She is still Deputy Compliance Officer. Her appointment as CFO took place on June 5th, 2018 with her main responsibilities being Finance, internal and external reporting, Treasury, IT and Investor Relations within the Frauenthal group.
From 1.9.2020, Erika Hochrieser will be a member of the Executive Board of Frauenthal Holding AG, in addition to her activities as a member of the Executive Board of Frauenthal Service AG, alongside Thomas Stadlhofer and Beatrix Ostermann. Ms Hochrieser will take over the Finance, Human Recources and Legal Affairs divisions from Mr. Stadlhofer. Ms Hochrieser's additional function in the Trading Division will also change the agendas of the Frauenthal Holding AG Executive Board as of 1st September 2020. Mr. Martin Sailer will take over the entire Investor Relations activities of the Group from Ms. Hochrieser, as well as the Automotive Finance and Automotive IT departments.
Thomas Stadlhofer was born in 1974, is married and finished studying business economics in 1999. He started working as a consultant at Czipin & Partner in 1999 and became the regional manager for parcel logistics of Österreichische Post AG in 2003. In 2009 Thomas Stadlhofer started working for SHT Haustechnik AG as the Vice President Logistics. He was a member of the ÖAG AG executive board from January 2016 to June 2018. Since June 2016 he is member of the Frauenthal Service board and since January 2018 its chairman.
